How to find your Washington state license number (WAOIC)
- Visit the Consumer Toolkit agent, agency and company lookup (fortress.wa.gov).
- Fill in your first and last name.
- Click Search.
- Find your name in the search results.
- Your WAOIC number can be found in the column to right of your name.
How to change or recover your online licensing password
- Visit the online licensing user ID and password recovery page (fortress.wa.gov).
- Fill in your WAOIC number, email address tied to your account and select “Licensing” from the dropdown.
- Click Submit.
- We’ll email you a new temporary password within about 15 minutes.
How to find a lost user ID
